What is this challenge about

Lead the technical design and development of web applications using .NET and React;
Define and maintain scalable architecture and development best practices;
Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend services using .NET / .NET Core;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions;
Ensure implementation of web security standards and vulnerability mitigation practices;
Oversee CI/CD pipelines, version control workflows, and release processes;
Monitor and optimize web performance, including Core Web Vitals;
Support implementation and integration of analytics, tag management, and consent tools.

What we are looking for

Experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer;
Minimum of 7 years of application development experience using the .NET framework;
Strong knowledge of React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and the front-end ecosystem;
Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core and REST APIs;
Experience with GitHub, GitFlow, and CI/CD pipelines;
Knowledge of web security policies, particularly CSP, OWASP, and vulnerability mitigation;
Experience with web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals);
Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS (Plus);
Knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager (Plus);
Understanding of technical SEO (Plus);
Experience managing cookies, tag managers, and consent management platforms (CMP) (Plus).
