Tech support analyst – Hybrid (Porto)

What we are looking for

Hard skills

Must have

  • Experience in production/support role for software or IT systems
  • Openness to evolving technical skills in .NET or Python development
  • Log analysis and troubleshooting
  • Experience with incident response processes and stakeholder communication
  • Familiarity with ITIL-aligned processes is a plus
  • Proficiency with monitoring, logging, and incident tracking tools
  • Understanding of software delivery life cycle and agile methodologies

Nice to have

  • Knowledge in Digital AI products (XLDeploy and XLRelease)
  • Log analysis and troubleshooting using Elasticsearch/Kibana
  • Knowledge in Agile framework
  • Basic knowledge in Power BI Dashboards.
  • Hands on experience on Git and branches strategies
