Job Posting: Technical Director About Us: We are a social care start-up , as well as providing post-hospital home care services.

We differentiate ourselves through the use of preventive monitoring technology and the Humanitude methodology, filling the gaps in personalized care that traditional institutions cannot offer.

The Role: We are looking for a dynamic Technical Director to lead our licensing process with Social Security and the ERS (Health Regulatory Entity), and to coordinate the operational excellence of our services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Licensing and Compliance: Assume technical responsibility before the Health Regulatory Entity (ERS) and the Social Security Institute, IP (ISS).
  • Care Management: Develop the Individual Care Plan (PIC) for each patient.
  • Innovation: Implement care protocols to support dementia and hospital discharges.
  • Interface with Families: Conduct initial diagnostic assessments via teleconference and maintain close communication with family members.

Desired Profile (Mandatory Requirements):

  • Higher Education: Bachelor's degree in Family Medicine, Social Work, Nursing, Gerontology, or Social Psychology (recognized in Portugal).
  • Professional License: Active registration with the respective professional council (mandatory for ERS licensing).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in coordination roles in Health Services.
  • Digital Skills: Comfortable with care management software and telecare platforms.
  • Residence: Lisbon area.
