What is this challenge about

  • Monitor performance and availability metrics of services and applications;
  • Use monitoring tools to analyze issues and support incident resolution;
  • Interact with APIs and ensure proper system integrations;
  • Perform queries on SQL or NoSQL databases for analysis and support purposes.

What we are looking for

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role;
  • B2 level of English (minimum);
  • Experience with performance and availability metrics;
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools and concepts for services and applications;
  • Experience with API interfaces and tools;
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases;
  • Basic understanding of IT service management (e.g., ITIL);
  • Basic coding knowledge or experience with automation;
  • Basic understanding of software quality assurance (QA) practices;
  • Basic knowledge of security in systems and applications;
  • Advanced user of web and mobile applications.
