We have offices in Lisbon and Porto and are specialized consultants in Management, Implementation, Development, and Maintenance of Information Systems.

We operate across several sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy, and transportation, with more than 150 active partners.

What we are looking for

2 to 5 years of professional experience in similar support or systems analyst roles

Strong functional proximity and experience in the banking sector, particularly in support and incident-resolution contexts

Solid knowledge of Leasing and Credit concepts (B2B)

Mandatory functional and technical knowledge of Ekip N6 and Ekip 360 (Linedata)

Technical skills in SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and Linux

Experience in monitoring activities and production support

Knowledge of testing practices and incident-management processes

Understanding of Case Management / BPM concepts

Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments

Experience with Office tools and ServiceNow

Understanding of EKIP or Cassiopae architecture and its integrations (EAI, ESB, APIs)

Excellent soft skills, rigor, and attention to detail

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Languages: French (B2 minimum) and English (B2 minimum)
