We are currently seeking a Dutch-speaking Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist to join our growing eMobility support team in Lisbon. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and customer service experience.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Provide technical assistance via phone, email, or chat regarding issues with electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.
    • Perform initial diagnostics on charging stations, including power status, network connectivity, and user interface issues.

    • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Tier 2 support or field service teams, ensuring detailed documentation.

    • Prioritize case handling based on SLAs, warranty status, and issue severity.
    • Accurately log all support interactions in the ticketing system (e.g., MS Dynamics 365 Customer Service).
    • Monitor and report technical issues for trend analysis and standardization.

📋 Requisitos

  • Fluency in Dutch and English: Essential. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications in IT, electronics, or automotive systems are a plus.
  • Experience: Experience in a customer-facing technical support role, preferably in a call center or eMobility environment is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of electrical systems, IoT devices, and network troubleshooting (e.g., Wi-Fi, Ethernet, SIM-based connectivity) is required. Familiarity with EV charging standards and protocols (Type 2, CCS, OCPP) is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users are essential.
  • CRM and Ticketing Systems: Proficiency in using CRM and ticketing systems is a must.

💰 Condições

  • Compensation & Benefits Package:
    • Basic Salary: EUR 950.00 gross/month
    • Language Allowance (Dutch/English): EUR 400.00/month
    • Meal Allowance: Up to EUR 224.40/month (based on daily worked days)
    • Transport Allowance: EUR 40.00/month
  • Training: Full training provided and paid.
  • Bonus & Allowances: Vary depending on attendance and performance.
