We are currently looking for Dutch-speaking Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist to join our growing support team in Lisbon.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has strong problem-solving skills. The role involves providing technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Provide high-quality customer service by handling inquiries and resolving technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of software and hardware problems through effective communication with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions for future reference and improvement purposes.

📋 Requisitos

  • Fluent in Dutch (native level preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Basic knowledge of common software applications and operating systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
