📋 Descrição da Função

We are currently seeking a Dutch-speaking Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist to join our growing eMobility support team in Lisbon. This role involves providing technical assistance to users of a global technology platform, specifically focusing on electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Respond to customer inquiries: You will handle customer issues via phone, email, or chat regarding EV charger functionality, connectivity, and usage.
    • Perform initial diagnostics: Diagnose power status, network connectivity, and user interface issues on charging stations.
    • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps such as resets, cable inspections, and mobile app configurations.
    • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support or field service teams, ensuring detailed documentation of all interactions.
    • Contribute to knowledge management by documenting recurring issues and trends for improvement.
    • Prioritize cases based on SLAs, warranty status, and issue severity.
    • Accurately log all support interactions in the ticketing system (e.g., MS Dynamics 365 Customer Service).
    • Monitor and report technical issues affecting EV charging infrastructure.

📋 Requisitos

  • Fluency in Dutch and English: Essential for this role, with proficiency in both languages.
  • Technical background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Technical training or certifications in IT, electronics, or automotive systems are a plus.
  • Customer support experience: Experience in a customer-facing technical support role, preferably in a call center or eMobility environment.
  • Electrical and network knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical systems, IoT devices, and network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, SIM-based connectivity).
  • EV charging expertise: Familiarity with EV charging standards and protocols such as Type 2, CCS, OCPP is advantageous.
  • Communication skills: Strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • CRM and ticketing system proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Remote work capability: Ability to work in a shift-based environment including weekends and holidays.

💰 Condições

  • Basic Salary: EUR 950.00 gross/month
  • Language Allowance (Dutch/English): EUR 400.00/month
  • Meal Allowance: EUR 10.20 per day worked, up to EUR 224.40/month
  • Transport Allowance: EUR 40.00/month
  • Training Provided and Paid: Full training provided by the company.
  • Benefits: Bonus and allowances vary depending on attendance and performance.
