We are currently looking for a German-speaking Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist to join our growing support team in Lisbon.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has strong communication skills. The role involves providing technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
