We are currently looking for German-speaking Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist to join our growing support team in Lisbon.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and providing excellent customer service. The role involves handling technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and assisting customers with their queries via phone or email.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Handle incoming calls from customers seeking technical assistance.
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues reported by customers.
  • Provide clear and concise solutions to common technical problems.
  • Document customer interactions for future reference and improvement of processes.

📋 Requisitos

  • Fluency in German (native level preferred).

  • Customer service orientation with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

💰 Condições

Horários

Full-time position available, with flexible working hours within Lisbon Area. Hybrid model is preferred but not mandatory.
