Technical Team Lead – Hybrid (Aveiro or Lisbon)

What we are looking for

Hard skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven team leadership experience, preferably leading developers in delivery-focused projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and architecture design patterns, and CI/CD tooling
  • Solid understanding of scrum methodology and experience using agile tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
  • Resilient, goal-oriented, and driven by technology and challenges.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
