In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area.

Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.

We are looking for an Transformation & Project Officer to join a project for one of our clients, based in Porto (hybrid model).

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and visual).
  • Excellent PowerPoint mastery, able to craft clear, structured, and impactful presentations for senior audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability in managing follow-ups, actions, and deadlines.
  • Ability to synthesize information rapidly and identify key messages.
  • Comfortable interacting with multiple teams and stakeholders across EMS.
  • us, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to work in a transversal environment and handle multiple topics simultaneously.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • English: B2.

Key software capabilities:

  • Microsoft office suite (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • JIRA
  • Confluence
  • PowerBI (nice to have)

Key accountabilities

  • Plan, direct and co-ordinate activities to manage and implement complex projects from initiative to testing before production launch
  • Plan, - Lead the project teams in determining business requirements and translating requirements into operational plans, following the deployment with IT and project teams
  • Determine, monitor and review all project economics, including costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources and risk
  • Support with framing different initiatives, building necessary project trackers to ensure a smooth deployment.
  • Animate workshops with operational teams on different topics, consolidating and formalizing results.
  • Contribute to EMS communication deliverables (newsletters, key meeting briefings, internal updates), in line with T&P responsibilities.
