KEY RESPONSABILITIES 1.

RPA Roadmap Management:

  • Define, prioritize, and manage the strategic roadmap for RPA initiatives in close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Ensure the alignment of the RPA roadmap with overall .
  • Evaluate automation opportunities, estimate potential benefits, and required efforts.
  • Track and communicate roadmap progress, milestones, and key deliverables. 2.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team comprising RPA Tech Leads, RPA Coordinators (in charge of the CoP), and RPA Script Developers.
  • Define individual and team objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and foster professional development for team members.
  • Allocate resources effectively based on roadmap priorities and ongoing projects.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. 3.

Technical Oversight and Quality:

  • Ensure the application of best practices, development standards, and RPA architectural principles by Tech Lead and Developers.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of RPA projects, from process analysis to solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Ensure the robustness, scalability, security, and performance of deployed automations.
  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and added value of RPA solutions. 4.

Community of Practice (CoP) Management:

  • Guide the RPA Coordinator in animating and developing the RPA Community of Practice.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing, feedback, and innovation within the CoP.
  • Facilitate the adoption of RPA standards and tools across the organization. 5.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate closely with business teams to identify needs, gather requirements, and validate automation solutions.
  • Interact with IT teams (infrastructure, security, architecture) to ensure the integration and support of RPA solutions.
  • Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and successes of RPA initiatives to management and stakeholders.

Minimum requirements Education: University degree (Master's equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in information technology, including at least 3-5 years of significant RPA experience.
  • Proven experience as a Team Lead, Project Manager, or technical leadership role, with direct team management experience.
  • Proficiency in one or more major RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).

Preferably UiPath.

  • Experience in defining and managing technology roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Technical Skills:

  • Excellent understanding of RPA principles and architectures.
  • Understanding of system integration and API concepts.
  • Knowledge of project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Behavioral Skills:

  • Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
