Define, develop, and maintain a strategic product vision aligned with BMW Group’s objectives.

Translate user needs into clear product features, balancing technical feasibility, business value, and user experience.

Prioritize product requirements and initiatives to maximize value delivery.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including internal teams at Critical TechWorks, BMW stakeholders, and external partners, to ensure alignment and cohesive product development.

Drive product development efforts across multiple teams and channels, ensuring consistency and shared goals.

Navigate complex project challenges with resilience, applying strong problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and deliver successful outcomes.

What we are looking for:

+6 years of experience as a UX Designer.

Proven ability to define and maintain a strategic product vision in complex, large-scale environments.

Strong understanding of user-centered product development and prioritization techniques.

Experience working in cross-functional and multi-stakeholder environments.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain focused and effective under pressure.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Living in Lisbon, Porto or Braga (hybrid role).

Fluent level of English.
