This could be the perfect challenge if you have:
3+ years of experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer.
Experience conducting user research and creating journey maps, workflows, wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups.
Ability to translate user needs into intuitive and effective interfaces.
Experience building prototypes and validating solutions through usability testing.
Experience collaborating with product owners, developers and cross-functional teams.
Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe Suite.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong communication, storytelling and presentation skills.
User-centered mindset with strong analytical and creative thinking.
Fluent English.
Hybrid model: 3 days per week in the Lisbon office.
