Randstad is recruiting a UX/UI Desginer to join its client directly in Funchal. descrição da função/job description .

Understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations through interviews, surveys, and analytics, while conducting competitor benchmarking and analyzing best practices .

Design low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to test and visualize design solutions. .

Organize and structure content for clear and logical navigation .

Create layouts, typography, color schemes, and user flows to deliver visually appealing and intuitive experiences .

Contribute to brainstorming sessions, mood boards, and pre-concept development for new projects, proposing creative solutions requisitos/requirements 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably with a strong focus on digital products or services .

Empathy and a user-centric mindset throughout the design process .

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar .

Familiarity with prototyping tools .

Attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities .

Strong teamwork skills and experience working in global, multidisciplinary teams .

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus, not required) .

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills .

Experience working with Agile methodology .
