WAITER / WAITRESS Quinta Filippa is set on 35 hectares in a small village in the Portuguese countryside, where we offer personalized stays with farm-to-table dining and daily activities focused on well-being, a place where guests feel at home.

We are seeking a warm, attentive Waiter/Waitress with bar experience to join our dedicated team, delivering seamless, polished service with grace and genuine presence.

YOUR ROLE Welcome guests with warmth and sincerity, embodying the highest hospitality standards Serve food and beverages with meticulous attention to detail, including skilled preparation and service of cocktails and drinks Support daily service preparations and maintain all service areas impeccably throughout the day Assist with mise-en-place to ensure smooth, efficient operations across both dining and bar areas Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in designated service spaces, strictly adhering to Quinta and health regulations Collaborate closely with the team to ensure a refined, consistent guest experience WHO YOU ARE Experienced in hospitality with a strong background in both food service and bar operations A natural host with a passion for authentic hospitality and meaningful guest connections Flexible and adaptable, willing to support evening events and extended shifts as needed Reliable, punctual, and committed to upholding Quinta Filippa’s exacting standards Safety-conscious, proactive, and solution-oriented Always genuine, warm, and approachable Fluent in Portuguese and English WHAT WE OFFER A tranquil, nature-inspired environment designed for well-being and calm A collaborative, supportive team culture grounded in shared values Opportunities for professional growth within a refined, purpose-driven hospitality setting Competitive compensation and ongoing training aligned with luxury hotel standards Please submit your resume and motivational letter in English to:   Mostrar Email > < Mostrar Email or https://www.quintafilippa.com/careers/waiter As Quinta Filippa welcomes an international guest profile, English is the primary language.
