Ready to make an impact in the world of warranty processes?Join our Global Business Services (GBS) Portugal and play a key role in ensuring quality andefficiency across our worldwide service organization.

Your role:Data Analytics/Reports Analyzing Data with a technical view and identifying potential irregularities (both technical and data based) ) Preparing reports, showcasing the irregularities for further auditCreation of standard reports Creation of ad hoc reports based on pre-developed analysis Aggregating data for finance process: regress paymentsResponsible for managing and overseeing data protection practices managing different stakeholders If you have:Completed studies (university/university of applied sciences) with a technical orientation or a comparable qualification (with focus on technical understanding)Deep understanding of data analytics / data integration based on different databasesGood MS Ofice skills, further knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud for visualization purposes, the AWS environment is a plus,Fluent in oral and written English to present complex issues Independent, structured and cooperative way of working3-5 years work experience expected
