📋 Descrição da Função

We are seeking a Workday Specialist to join our client's HRIS team in Lisbon. This role is a direct hire with the final client and offers hybrid work arrangements.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Training (preferred).
  • Work on at least one of the following HCM areas: Compensation, Security, Loads, Reporting, or Integrations.
  • Ensure accurate and reliable data management (EIB loads, integrations, system maintenance).
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR operations.
  • Provide user support, documentation, and system training.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Lead testing and adoption of new Workday features and updates.

📋 Requisitos

  • 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
  • Experience in Workday Training (preferred).
  • Mandatory solid expertise in at least one of the following: Compensation, Security, Loads, Reporting, Integrations.
  • Familiarity with Workday integrations (EIB, reporting, calculated fields).
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication.
  • Ability to thrive in a multinational, fast-paced environment.
