Location Hybrid in Lisbon

Contract Direct hire with the final client

Our client, a leading multinational in the mobility sector, is reinforcing its HRIS team with a Workday Specialist.

Experience in the Training module is preferred, but candidates must have proven experience in at least one of the following modules Compensation, Security, Loads, Reporting or Integrations.

Key Responsibilities - Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Training (preferred).

  • Work on at least one of the following HCM areas Compensation, Security, Loads, Reporting, or Integrations.
  • Ensure accurate and reliable data management (EIB loads, integrations, system maintenance).
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR operations.
  • Provide user support, documentation, and system training.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Lead testing and adoption of new Workday features and updates.

What Were Looking For - 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM.

  • Experience in Workday Training (preferred).
  • Mandatory solid expertise in at least one of the following Compensation, Security, Loads, Reporting, Integrations.
  • Familiarity with Workday integrations (EIB, reporting, calculated fields).
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication.
  • Ability to thrive in a multinational, fast-paced environment.
