Join a global industry leader as an Administrative Support – English Speaker (m/f/d), based in Cantanhede!

As Administrative Support, you will: - Coordinate meetings, workshops, and global engagements.

  • Maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation.
  • Support budget and resource tracking for ongoing initiatives.
  • Manage the global community, preparing communications, organizing training sessions and webinars, and fostering engagement across regions.
  • This is primarily an administrative and coordination role, with the opportunity to gain technical knowledge security over time.

What You Need to Succeed: - Experience in project management/IT/Industry environments.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint).
  • Excellent English (written and spoken).
