Job Description: We're looking for a security professional to embed themselves in our AI/GenAI journey — from early design through to production.

You'll be the person who makes sure our AI platforms, APIs, agents, and integrations are built securely and responsibly.

Day-to-day, this means reviewing AI architectures, setting guardrails around data usage (especially sensitive or regulated data), and keeping a sharp eye on risks like prompt injection, data leakage, and model misuse.

You'll also shape our AI governance standards and work hand-in-hand with Product Security and engineering to make sure controls are real and enforceable — not just on paper.

Logging, monitoring, and auditability of AI usage will be part of your world too.

Must-Have:

A solid background in security — application, cloud, or architecture

Hands-on experience with security reviews and defining technical controls

A working understanding of GenAI and LLM-based solutions

Familiarity with data protection and privacy principles

Ability to translate security concerns into clear, actionable technical requirements

Strong instinct for identifying and prioritising risk

Comfortable challenging implementations and validating them against requirements

Someone who collaborates well across security, engineering, and data teams

Would be great if you have:

Experience with AWS and/or Azure, particularly AWS Bedrock or similar GenAI platforms

Databricks experience — securing ML pipelines, notebooks, jobs, and managing access control

Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, SAIF, MCP (incl.

MCP-38), or A2A architectures

A background in DevSecOps or MLOps environments
