Description

Um/a Application Support bem-sucedido/a deve ter:

Provide technical support for software applications in use across the organization.

Analyze and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on system updates and improvements.

Monitor application performance and implement proactive measures to enhance efficiency.

Document issues, resolutions, and changes to maintain an accurate knowledge base.

Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices in incident, problem, and change management.

Provide training and guidance to end-users on application functionalities.

Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities.

Profile

A successful Application Support should have:

Experience in application support.

Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and processes.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
