What you are going to do?

Provide L1 and L2 support for the Silva platform, ensuring effective incident resolution and proper escalation Actively participate in IPCR (Critical Incident) management Resolve incidents and manage RITMs in ServiceNow Maintain and update the Silva Service Catalogue Deliver training sessions and support data change projects Act as a functional point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring a customer-oriented approach Collaborate closely with international teams across France, India, Switzerland, Portugal, and Germany Apply ITSM and IPCR processes in a global, multicultural environment What we are looking for?

More than 5 years of experience in technical and functional support roles Strong expertise in ServiceNow, with mandatory knowledge of SPM (Service Portfolio Management) Solid background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Master Data Management Ability to act as a functional reference for SPM, sharing knowledge with the team Knowledge of ITIL V4 (mandatory), preferably with certification Experience in IPCR management processes ServiceNow scripting and data modeling skills are a plus Customer-oriented profile with strong communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in international and multicultural environments Languages: English (B2+) mandatory; French is a plus What do we have to offer you?
