Junta-te a nós e liga-te ao emprego em clan.ptDescrição:Â We are recruiting a Collections Specialist fluent in German for a growing multinational , Miraflores.

Reporting directly to the Collections Manager, the Collection Specialist will perform cash-collection tasks for the subsidiaries working with SSC Portugal.Responsabilidades:Â - Client portfolio management in a multinational environment;

  • Ensure payment deadlines are met;
  • Receiving customer complaints and forwarding them to the respective subsidiaries;
  • Obtaining missing accounting information from clients - telephone and email;
  • Arguing and imposing the position of subsidiaries with diplomacy, and complying with good manners;
  • Properly record all complaints received either by phone or email;
  • Follow-up on customer accounts;
  • Identify solutions to the problems presented;
  • Establish a network of internal (SSC and Subsidiary) and external contacts (Customers).Requisitos:Â - High school degree (minimum);
  • Good knowledge in Finance/Accounting/similar;
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar position (preferably cash-collection);
  • Experience within a shared service environment would be a plus;
  • Good knowledge on Excel and SAP;
  • Knowledge of German mandatory (Minimum: B2/C1) & English B2;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Teamwork, good communication skills;
  • Strong analytical capabilities and respect deadlines.Condições:Â - Fixed-term local contract of 12 months with our client directly;
  • Salary of €1,200 gross/month plus Meal Allowance of €9.60 gross/worked day;
