This role involves exposure to sensitive and potentially disturbing content, requiring resilience and strong emotional balance.

The moderator will analyze and evaluate content, apply the platform’s community guidelines, and accurately tag each video with the appropriate decision. ✅ MANDATORY Requirements: - native/fluent Romanian (C2 level) - advanced English (min.

B2 level) - to be available to work in-person in central Porto - to be available to work under 24/7 rotating shifts (it may include overnight working hours with extra night-shift pay) ✅ Required Skills: • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution. • Ability to work effectively under pressure with good stress management skills. • Capacity to follow defined processes with consistency. • Patience and focus to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality. • Resilience and emotional balance when exposed to sensitive content. • Confident and independent, with the ability to make quick, sound decisions. 💎 Compensation: - Base Salary (before taxes): 1,000 € monthly (paid in 14 months); 14,000 € per year - Additional pay for nigh-shift (variable): it depends on the number of night hours worked in a month.

• Meal Allowance (pre-paid meal card): 7,63 € per working day (approximately, 167,86 € per month); approximately, 1,846,46 € per year.
