We are currently looking for a French-speaking Customer Advisor specialized in retention to join a team focused on customer loyalty and engagement.

Tasks - Handle inbound calls related to retention requests;

  • Ensure personalized follow-up to maintain strong customer relationships;
  • Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions;
  • Present available services and offers;
  • Manage sensitive situations with professionalism;
  • Contribute to quality, satisfaction, and retention objectives.

Requirements - Fluent or native-level French (C1/C2 mandatory);

  • English is a plus (tools and training in English);
  • Experience in customer service, retention, sales or contact center is an advantage;
  • Strong communication and active listening skills;
  • Customer-oriented mindset and empathy;
  • Ability to handle challenging or sensitive situations.
