We are seeking dedicated Customer Support Specialists to join our client´s team, representing a leading insurance brand.

in this role, you will handle customer queries over phone and email, providing detailed information about our products;

answer questions about coverage, assisting with policy cancellations, and helping insurance brokers direct their inquiries;

base salary of 1100€/month;

complexity bonus of 100€/month;

performance bonus up to 100€/month;

meal allowance of 7,23€ per day worked;

days off: weekends;

working contract: 6 months (renewable);

location: on site in Lisbon (Parque das Nações)
