We're looking for Customer Support Specialists to join our team and work on an exciting international project in the field of Artificial Intelligence.

If you're passionate about technology, enjoy helping people and want to be part of a fast-growing, innovative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Location Lisbon, Portugal (On-site) What you'll do Provide support to customers via phone, email and chat.

Assist users with account, billing and payment-related questions.

Troubleshoot account access and platform-related issues.

Guide customers in using the platform's features and services.

Deliver a high-quality customer experience while meeting service standards.

What we're looking for Fluent English (C1/C2).

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Good problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable using digital tools and technology.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Previous Customer Support experience is a plus.
