We are currently looking for German-speaking Customer Support Agents to join our fast-growing team in Porto.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in customer service environments and can communicate effectively in both English and German. The role involves providing high-quality support services to customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues efficiently.
🎯 Responsabilidades
- Provide exceptional customer support by handling inquiries and complaints.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to resolve customer issues.

📋 Requisitos
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).

💰 Condições
This position is offered on a full-time basis. The exact salary range will be discussed during the interview process, but we are open to competitive compensation packages.
