Delivery Manager – Hybrid (Lisbon)

What we are looking for

Hard skills

  • Have specialized technical and methodological skills to manage development projects, programs or work teams with more than 5 members.
  • Have a minimum of 7 years experience in IT development and have managed high-critical services for more than 5 years.
  • Production planning considering the backlog's priority
  • Resource allocation and management
  • Verifies the process progress after each Sprint
  • Responsible for process quality
  • Operation monitoring and control
  • Experience in application solutions / Delivery services
  • Team management and leadership
  • Service management
