Your Responsibilities Manage inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy; Provide support and build long-term customer loyalty; Advise customers on services and offers tailored to their needs.
Your Profile Native or fluent in Dutch, with strong English communication skills being a plus; Previous experience in a contact center environment; Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
