The mission of the People Development and Experience team is to activate OutSystems culture through development, learning and employee experience solutions that foster people engagement.The Employee Experience Specialist is expected to propose and execute experience initiatives or programs across the globe or locally, to ensure a consistent and world-class employee experience that nurtures OutSystems culture via a sense of belonging.
They are also expected to monitor activity-related metrics.This role will be responsible for the office experience and day-to-day operational support of the Braga Office, acting as a local office manager.
This includes liaising with maintenance teams and external vendors to ensure the office runs smoothly and provides a positive, functional, and welcoming environment for employees.The ideal candidate is a people partner that is agile, and knowledgeable across HR systems, programs and functions.
They are an action-oriented individual who will work across our global business units.Braga Office Coordination:Serve as the People Team representative for the Braga office, ensuring local People & Employee Engagement (PDE) initiatives are executed effectively.Manage reception and basic office operations including: mail, deliveries, office supplies, office events.Provide operational support for team and group events held at the office.Materials and Vendor Management (create and control of Purchase Orders, Online Purchases & Payment)Physical presence at the office from Tuesday to Thursday (or more depending on business need)Other employee experience initiativesManage existing Partnerships and propose new ones that can add value to the employee experience at OutSystemsManage recurrent recognition initiatives (such as: Work anniversaries gifts and communications, newborn kit, etc)Execute other ad hoc initiatives (“culture challenges” to employees with prizes, etc)Help on execution of wellbeing initiatives (coordinate massage service at the office, sports initiatives, local gatherings)Create and manage purchase orders, online purchases, and payments. (COUPA)Oversee stock management and maintain vendor relationships for all initiatives in PDE Team (welcome kits, baby kits, sportclub, etc),Monitor distribution lists (DLs)Coordinate ticket distribution in HelpdeskPurchase and manage gifts or vouchers for experience initiatives through third partie (including challenges, recognition, and the Buddy Program).Customize and +3 years related work experience in the employee experience, preferably at a global scale and in tech industryAbility to understand stakeholder needs and develop effective solutions in response.Agile way of working with other teams, either in the People team or other units, as well as while interacting with external parties (typically providers).Ability to monitor and measure activity related metrics of effectiveness and efficiency.Project management and prioritization skills that allow them to navigate in a fast fast-paced environment that is subject to rapid change and competing deadlines.Advanced degree (Marketing, Communications, HR is a plus).
