Description

An international, technology‑driven industrial , is looking for an Export Specialist (m/f/d) in Braga.

Your New Role As an Export Specialist, you will take full ownership of international export operations, ensuring smooth and compliant shipment of goods worldwide.

You will act as a key interface between customers, customs authorities, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders, playing a critical role in our global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities: Independently manage international export orders from order intake to final delivery.

Prepare, review, and maintain all export and customs documentation.

Organise and coordinate worldwide shipments in close collaboration with freight forwarders.

Monitor delivery schedules and ensure on-time shipment performance.

Communicate directly with international customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Act as the contact person for export-related queries and problem-solving.

Ensure compliance with European and international trade regulations, including tools and frameworks such as Incoterms, REX, CBAM, and customs tariff codes.

What You’ll Need to Succeed: Completed vocational training or higher education in logistics, transport, international trade, or a related field.

Several years of hands-on experience in export and import shipments and customs clearance.

Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations.

Confident user of IT systems and digital tools.

Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Ability to work independently, set priorities, and remain resilient under pressure.

Strong communication skills and a true team-player mentality.
