It is within this setting that we are looking for a Head Chef.

Someone who sees the kitchen as more than technique — but as a language, an act of care, a living memory.

Someone capable of transforming local, seasonal ingredients — many grown on the property itself — into experiences that resonate, surprise, and linger.

The hotel’s restaurant will be a living stage, serving delicate breakfasts, light lunches, inspired fine dining dinners, special events, and daily snacks crafted with intention.

The culinary concept is rooted in healthy, refined, and conscious cuisine, deeply connected to the land and its produce.

We are seeking a chef who: Creates dishes with identity, sensitivity, and elegance Values what is local, fresh, and true Balances the refinement of fine dining with the comfort of food that nurtures Works with precision, but also with soul The kitchen will be open — as transparent as our purpose.

We are therefore looking for someone who does not hide behind the pass, but embraces connection: someone who engages, who smiles, who presents each dish as if telling a story.

Here, cooking is also about sharing.

As part of the selection process, candidates will be invited to bring their ideas to life through a practical test, presenting dishes of their own creation.

We want to experience your perspective, taste your essence, and understand how you translate our vision onto the plate.

This is a project aimed at the luxury market, yet deeply rooted in genuine simplicity.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, design, and execute a complete menu from scratch, reflecting seasonal availability and healthy cuisine.

Prepare balanced meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Manage and lead a small team of kitchen staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations Cook in an open kitchen environment, interacting and explaining dishes.

Serve meals to guests and provide explanations about the dishes, highlighting ingredients and preparation methods for full guest experience.

Accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences, including plant-based, vegetarian,, gluten-free, and allergy-specific needs.

Manage kitchen inventory, sourcing, and procurement of ingredients.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

Provide cooking classes or demonstrations, if required.

Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall guest experience.

DESIRED PROFILE Proven experience in high-end or health-focused environments.

Experience in creating and setting up a full menu with seasonal ingredients Experience managing a kitchen team is essential.

Culinary training or degree in culinary arts is a plus.

Strong understanding of healthy cooking techniques and nutrition.

Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
