🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Proven experience in Help Desk, NOC, or Infrastructure Monitoring roles within enterprise environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and operational dashboards.
  • Ability to provide first-line support, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate incidents to second- and third-line teams.
  • Experience operating in high-availability, mission-critical environments.
  • Strong communication skills, operational discipline, and ability to work effectively under pressure.

💰 Condições

  • Full on-site availability in Riyadh is required, including shift work, nights, weekends, and on-call rotations.
