Degree in Management Informatics, Business Management or Human Resources Management;

Minimum of 1 year of experience as Business Manager of an IT Consulting Company;

Experience in recruiting IT profiles;

Experience in business unit management;

Dynamism and proactivity;

Customer orientation.
