We are looking for a Lead Product Owner.

Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners across cards, loans, andinternal platforms;Act as the go-to expert on product functionality, business value, andoperational impact;Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Architects to co-designsmart, scalable solutions;Support agile, outcome-driven product development without enforcing rigidprocess;Translate business strategy into clear, buildable product direction.

Academic background in Economics, Management, Engineering or similar;Experience with banking/financial products (cards, loans, payments, etc.);Technical fluency and experience in agile product environments;Clear goals, energy and resilience;Great communication skills and stakeholder management .
