Location & work model Porto-based opportunity with hybrid work model.

As a Mid-Level QA Analyst (Jira Xray), you will be working for our client in the banking domain You’ll help ensure software quality through well-structured test execution, defect tracking, and continuous improvement of testing practices in an Agile environment.

Your main responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications.

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts using Jira Xray.

Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality.

Identify, document, and track defects and issues using defined testing workflows.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Provide clear and concise reports on testing progress, results, and issues to stakeholders.

Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

6+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst or in a similar testing role.

Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.

Proficiency in Jira Xray for test management and defect tracking.

Proficiency using Jira and Confluence.

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.

A commitment to quality and the ability to work independently as well as in a fast-paced team.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

English proficiency (preferred).

Language Required for the role :

French (B2, spoken and written)

English (fluent)

Eligibility for the role :
