The Role
We’re looking for a dedicated professional who seeks the continuous improvement of the organization.
The person that we are looking for must have strong communication skills and must be willing to spread our quality culture to all the teams, having in mind a continuous improvement mindset based on metrics and data analysis.
What You Will Do
Review the processes in accordance with the organization's policies, quality standards, and OKRs
Provide software engineers and developers with the necessary tools to fulfill the quality requirements
Create/update dashboards and reports
Provide Project, Team, and Area Managers with the necessary tools to track the projects’ execution and fulfillment
Perform internal audits
Analyze improvement suggestions
Analyze non-conformities and identify corrective actions
Review findings from the audits and objectively define follow-up actions

Requirements
What You Will Bring
Knowledge of ISO9001 Requirements
Passion for quality, continuous improvement, and data analytics and metrics
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
What we consider a plus (not mandatory)
Knowledge of ISO27001 Requirements and Controls and CMMI Model
ISO9001 Auditor certification
Experience in performing audits
PowerBI or other data analysis/dashboard tools knowledge
Awareness and experience in agile software development methodologies
