We are looking for French speakers with SQL knowledge to join our multinational client's team as recruiting an Operations Customer Expert – Technical Support.

In this role you'll join a dynamic customer operations environment supporting a leading digital financial management solution for SMEs.

You will be responsible for assisting users via email (tickets) and chat, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and effective issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities: - Manage and resolve customer support requests via email and chat - Provide guidance and troubleshooting related to: - Two-factor authentication (2FA) - Payroll management tools - Platform synchronization and configuration - Deliver clear, professional, and empathetic communication - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure issue resolution Requirements (Mandatory): - Fluent French (written and spoken) with B2 English - SQL knowledge (mandatory) - EU ID or valid Portuguese residence permit - Currently living in Portugal mainland (no relocation offered) Profile: - Customer-oriented mindset - Strong problem-solving skills - Comfortable in a fast-paced environment - Active listening and empathy - Excellent written and verbal communication - Quick learner, flexible, and team-oriented - Results-driven with strong motivation Working Conditions: - 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday (business hours) - Remote model with quarterly on-site visit in Porto - Initial training (paid allowance) - Fixed-term contract with possibility of permanence - Base salary + allowances (holiday & Christmas bonus, meal allowance, health insurance) Apply today by sending your updated CV in English to   Mostrar Email > < Mostrar Email Partilhar #my_centered_buttons { display: flex; justify-content: center; } Guardar Oferta  Receber Alertas por Email  Comunicar Problema / Queixa
