Location & Work Model

Lisbon-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 remote days per week).

As a Senior Business Analyst – Digital Transformation, you will be working for our client, a leader in the banking and financial services industry.

You will play a pivotal role in driving the digital foundations of the organization, managing process modeling, electronic signatures, document dematerialization, and engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of change requests and platform monitoring.

Your main responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor PSEE deliveries, ensuring alignment with project milestones.

Provide functional support to business teams on signature project requirements and incorporating change requests.

Assist in drafting risk analysis and functional design documents with strong writing and synthesis skills.

Participate actively in steering and monitoring committees, presenting findings in a clear and structured manner.

Monitor production environments within the squad’s scope, troubleshooting issues proactively.

Comply with internal standards, procedures, and governance policies at LCL.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis, ideally within banking or financial services.

Strong expertise in process modeling, digitalization, and requirements gathering.

Proven experience with stakeholder coordination and change management.

Familiarity with electronic signatures or legally-binding archiving platforms (training provided if needed).

Excellent writing and communication skills, capable of participating in formal steering committees.

Fluency in English; additional French language skills are desirable.

It is a strong plus if you have:

Experience in project or product management within digital banking projects.

Knowledge of risk analysis and compliance standards.

Working experience with Agile methodologies.

Language Required for the role:

English (Communicative), French (additional).
