Lisbon-based opportunity with hybrid work model
As a IAM Senior Technical Support – Identity Access Management (IAM), you will be working for our client to support secure user and e-banking access.
You will help manage accounts, access rights, and roles in line with defined policies and procedures—ensuring timely processing, compliance, and high-quality support for internal and client needs.
Your main responsibilities:
Manage user and e-banking accounts, access rights, and roles in accordance with defined policies and procedures.
Support provisioning and deprovisioning of access to systems, applications, and resources.
Perform regular reviews of user access to ensure compliance with security standards.
Resolve basic IAM issues and inquiries in a timely manner, coordinating with the IAM team and stakeholders as needed.
Ensure access-right requests are processed correctly and within contractual deadlines.
Handle password resets and respond professionally to client calls, answering questions efficiently.
Ensure weekend/holiday standby when required.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
At least 4 years of experience in similar IAM / access management support roles.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Solid experience with Active Directory.
Experience with RSA and HID Platforms (including MFA).
Working knowledge of Azure Entra-ID and O365.
A methodical, rigorous approach with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
Strong sense of contact, listening skills, and team spirit for client-facing support.
Ability to manage priorities, handle pressure, and support coordination across teams.
