Unleash the Power of Identity — Drive Cutting-Edge IAM Projects in Banking!

Lisbon-based opportunity with hybrid work model (3 days remote per week)

As a Senior IAM Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading entity in the banking industry.

You will lead key Identity and Access Management initiatives, ensuring seamless integration, robust security, and collaboration across technical teams and stakeholders.

This role presents a pivotal opportunity to impact the future of digital banking security and innovation.

Your main responsibilities:

Lead IAM projects as Scrum Master, focusing on SailPoint IdentityIQ, driving project delivery and team coordination.

Ensure consistent, high-quality project reporting and documentation.

Promote best practices in test coverage and quality assurance to secure project success.

Coordinate with offshore teams to facilitate smooth collaboration and communication.

Serve as liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and management to align project goals.

Manage additional IT IAM security projects, including database encryption and privileged access management deployment like CyberArk.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management within banking or financial services.

Strong understanding of Identity Management practices, HR integrations, and security protocols.

Experience managing IAM projects with Agile methodologies.

Knowledge of Identity Management products, especially SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Experience with database encryption deployment and PAM solutions such as CyberArk.

Excellent leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence skills.

Fluent in English, with strong command of the language.

It is a strong plus if you have:

Certifications in project management or IAM tools.

Experience working in multicultural, international teams.

Eligibility for the role:
