Unleash Leadership in Fintech — Spearhead Innovation as a Senior Technical Team Lead!

Lisbon-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 2 remote days per week).

As a Senior Technical Team Lead, you will be working for our client, a key player in the banking and fintech industry.

You will drive operational excellence, foster team well-being, and facilitate agile delivery to enable cutting-edge banking solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

Relay information efficiently from management to the team, ensuring alignment and clarity.

Facilitate daily team organization, propose process improvements, and encourage best practices.

Lead retrospectives and support continuous team development.

Escalate blockers, conflicts, and provide performance feedback constructively.

Promote team cohesion and well-being, maintaining a healthy, motivated environment.

Assist with future recruitment efforts, including CV screening and interviews.

Validate user stories, prepare meeting minutes, and track KPIs to ensure project progress.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

4+ years of experience in operational or technical team leadership.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (intermediate level).

Advanced skills in functional design and testing.

Good understanding of web and mobile architecture (intermediate).

Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Postman, and Klaxoon.

Knowledge of banking domain (a plus).

It is a strong plus if you have:

Additional certifications in Agile, Scrum, or similar frameworks.

Language Required for the role:

Communicative command of English and French.

Eligibility for the role:
