We are hiring a Aftersales Assistant for a multinational technological company.
Responsabilidades
- Support BPO Team
- Debitnotes investigation and analiye of all Dealers to determine if it isService responsibility
- Debitnotes- in case of SVC responsibility, submit approvals, credit requests....
- Changerefund status in CIC system on a weekly base after confirming payment wasissued
- Check andvalidate accessory cost invoices sent by the ASCs
- Check andinvestigate reason of “abandoned” product at ASC togetherwith Svc network team
- Check andvalidate invoices sent by the ASCs related to budget items TS05, HD01 andHD02
- Check andvalidate Dealer Invoices 8G - UTRAD, WResolve, transport and SAT24
Requisitos
- Degree in Finance
- Preferred Background Knowledge: Controlling (Finance+Admin)
- K nowledge: Warranties+Parts
- Excel Expert
- SAP Intermediate,
- M anagement skills
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Fluency in English;
- Advanced MS Office skills;
- Strong organizational skills, adaptable to diverse environments and departments;
- Quick learner, efficient executor, with a creative and solution-oriented mindset;
- Team player with a supportive approach.
