Job Description:

Support activities across HR & Talent Management, People Operations, Communications, and Employer Branding, ensuring a seamless experience for all GRiT Universe

Assist with HR contracts, recruitment processes, and related administrative tasks

Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, recognition, and overall experience

Provide support in communications, events, and initiatives

Assist with the management of employee benefits

Support training programs and professional certifications

Provide support to the recruitment team as needed

Must-Have:

Passionate about employee experience, engagement, and

Proactive attitude with a strong problem-solving mindset

Strong organizational and time management skills

Committed, responsible, empathetic, and dependable

Driven to foster happiness and wellbeing at work

Strong attention to detail

Creative and critical thinker

Functional English proficiency

Would be great if you have:

Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field

Previous experience in HR, People Operations, or administrative support is a plus

Hands-on with practical visual content tools
