  • Proven ability to identify and engage talent in competitive markets.
  • Experience in conducting interviews, assessing both technical and cultural fit.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and find creative solutions.
  • Native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English.
