What is this challenge about

Monitor performance and availability metrics of services and applications;
Use monitoring tools to analyze issues and support incident resolution;
Interact with APIs and ensure proper system integrations;
Perform queries on SQL or NoSQL databases for analysis and support purposes.

What we are looking for

At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role;
B2 level of English (minimum);
Experience with performance and availability metrics;
Knowledge of monitoring tools and concepts for services and applications;
Experience with API interfaces and tools;
Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases;
Basic understanding of IT service management (e.g., ITIL);
Basic coding knowledge or experience with automation;
Basic understanding of software quality assurance (QA) practices;
Basic knowledge of security in systems and applications;
Advanced user of web and mobile applications.
