We’re hiring: IT Recruiter – Build Strong Tech Teams in Portugal

We’re looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team and manage hiring processes for technical and managerial roles for local and international clients, with a focus on the Portuguese market

This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, active sourcing, and building long-term relationships with IT professionals while contributing to the

Your mission

Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for technical (Junior–Senior) and managerial positions

Actively acquire candidates through databases, direct search, and outreach

Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals

Develop and improve recruitment tools and processes

Represent and promote a positive company image on the market

You bring

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar recruitment role

Good command of English (part of the team is English-speaking)

Strong communication skills

Creative and results-oriented mindset

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice to have

Experience in IT outsourcing or IT consulting environments
